Shipping: Rates and Delivery Time
For domestic shipping, your order should arrive within 48-72 hours. For international shipping, the timeframe is 5-7 business days.
All international orders above 120€ have free shipping.
Once your order has shipped from our distribution center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will provide the estimated delivery timeframe and a tracking number so you can monitor your order at any time.
Pre-order products are items that are not in stock at the time of ordering and are made available from a specific date. On our website, when selecting a pre-order item, you will see the date it is expected to arrive in the description.

Domestic shipping typically takes 48-72 hours, while international shipping can take up to 5-7 business days. If your order includes items on preorder, the estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page on the website.

1. Go to the following link: https://returns.itsrever.com/baymo
2. Fill in the fields with your order number, email address, and the product in question.
3. Select the "Defective Item" option if you received a faulty item, or "The company sent the wrong product or size" if you received an item different from what you ordered.

It is very important to include your order number in the email and to notify us as soon as possible.
We're sorry that you received a duplicate order. To resolve this issue and return the duplicate order, please follow these steps:

- Fill in the fields with your order number, email address, and the item you wish to return.
- Select the option “The company sent the wrong product or size.”
Once you have completed the required fields, you will receive a return label at your email address to process the return of the duplicate order.

To return a product, you have 14 days from the date of receipt. It is important that the product is returned in the same condition it was purchased. To start the process, please:

2. Fill in the required fields with your order ID and purchase email.
3. Complete the remaining fields with the options that best suit you.
Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email informing you of the refund processed to the card used for the purchase. This email will be sent within a maximum of 15 business days.

First exchange is free of charge. You have 14 days from the receipt of your item to process any changes. It’s important to return the product in the same condition it was purchased. To start the process:

2. Fill in the required fields with your order ID and purchase email.
3. Select “Change Size” or “Exchange for a New Item.”
4. Choose the size or item you want.

We're sorry to inform you that we do not accept returns for capes or bags.

Location
At the moment, we are only physically located in Barcelona, at C/Laforja 73. However, you can always place your order online and process an exchange of size/item free of charge!
